sphingotest® DPP3
The sphingotest® DPP3 is a non-automated immunoluminometric assay (ILMA) for the in vitro diagnostic quantitative measurement of dipeptidyl peptidase 3 in human EDTA plasma.
Dipeptidyl peptidase 3 (DPP3*) measurement in conjunction with clinical assessments and other laboratory findings is used as an aid in the prediction of short-term survival in patients with sepsis or septic shock.
The sphingotest® DPP3 is intended for use by professional users in laboratory settings.
Assay technology
The microtiter plate (MTP) assay is based on a chemiluminescence sandwich immunoassay technology, which is a standard tool in analytical research and diagnostic testing laboratories.
